Refund Policy
EXCHANGE OR RETURN
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Each of our products is made of the best quality and care as we want to deliver you the best of all. We request you to take the same steps towards it, Please take care of the garment and ensure to try the size and fit in a clean indoor environment, and should not come in contact with any food, drinks, makeup, and perfume, etc.
Return Policy
- Please contact us immediately to discuss a return by emailing info.threadsofindia@gmail.com.
- Please email us to obtain an address for returning damaged/faulty products.
- Products returned by post or courier must be sent with a viable tracking number or registered post to qualify for a return or refund, as we cannot credit your account until the item has been received.
Processing Refunds
- We value your purchase and we know how important it is to get the right product with accurate sizing and fit, however in case of any exceptions or issues, we offer store credits only as we are a small business. Store credits are valid for 1 year from date of issue, unless specified otherwise.
- Requests for damaged items during shipping are only accepted within 48 hours from the date of receiving the product. After this time, no refund/store credits/replacements will be accepted.
- Refunds will be paid by 'refund to source account’, nominated bank account, credit/debit card used for the original purchase, PayPal account or store credit.
- You must provide proof of purchase to be eligible for a refund, repair or replacement.
- You may be required to provide identification to be eligible for a refund, repair or replacement.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 days from the date your refund request was approved. Please note different financial institutions take longer to process payments which may delay the funds clearing in your account. Unfortunately, due to security reasons, we are unable to refund a credit card or payment method that is different from the one used for the purchase.
Change of Mind
- Please choose your product[s] carefully.
- We do not offer any refund for change of mind, however, store credits may be offered.
- We do not offer any refunds if you find the same product cheaper elsewhere.
Products Damaged during delivery
- If a product which you ordered is damaged during delivery, you are required to contact us via info.threadsofindia@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the item for further instructions with order details, date of order, total amount, photos of the damage and any other relevant information.
- The item must be posted to us within 7 days of receiving your order and lodging the complaint. Any returns posted after this time will not be accepted.
Shipping cost for returns
- If a product you purchased fails to meet one or more Consumer Guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, we will pay for the costs of shipping the product (the "Returned Product") back to us, and any shipping costs to send a replacement product to you.
- If the Returned Product is approved as eligible for a store credit, repair, replacement or refund under the terms of this Policy (including under the Australian Consumer Law) then reasonable postage or shipping costs of the Returned Product will be reimbursed by us at our discretion provided it was not damaged during delivery.
- If we organise and pay for the inspection, postage, shipping, transportation or collection of a Returned Product, and upon receipt by us the Returned Product is determined to be ineligible for repair, replacement or refund under the terms of this Policy (including under the Australian Consumer Law) because of mishandling by customer, then you will be liable for and required to pay the costs of any inspection, postage,
shipping or collection of the Returned Product incurred by us. - If you change or cancel your order after 48 hours from when you placed it, we reserve the right to charge you any costs we have incurred in relation to your order, including, but not limited to, transportation and administration costs; such costs will not exceed more than 50% of the
total price of the ordered products.
