For making a purchase on Threads of India customers do not need to register or create an account; however, Creating an account will be good to access exclusive sales and services dedicated to our customers. Customers can easily browse our catalog, select a category from the navigation menu or browse our selections on the homepage. Use our filters or the website search option to find something more specific. You can filter according to price, color, fabric, and size

Confirmation of your purchase

Once you have made your purchase and payment is authorized and after completion of the order. You will receive an email from us confirming the order placement. You will be provided with a unique Order Number, itemized details of the order, and the amount you have paid. 

Add to Order

Since each order is processed automatically and once it has been confirmed, it is not possible to modify any details or add products to that order. Additional items must be purchased separately and a new order must be placed. To return any items please refer to our Return Policy.

Cancel Order

Unfortunately, once you receive a confirmation of your order, it is not possible to cancel your purchase.

Change of mind. Can I get a refund?

Being a small business, at the current stage we offer only store credits.

Email us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will help through the process. Change of mind must be brought to our attention within 48 hours, any requests after this, unfortunately, will not be accepted.

Please note, we will not accept any returned items that have been marked or damaged or returned without tags.

Please note, made to order are unfortunately non-returnable and nonrefundable. 

Return shipping charges in this instance will be at the buyers’ expense.

Incorrect or Damaged Order during delivery

We pay attention and check all items thoroughly before shipping and ensure each item is packed carefully. We advise customers to check their purchases thoroughly upon receipt, before removing any attached tags, and before disposing of any original packaging. 

Email through any claim for damage to items within 48 hours of receiving the order, including the order number, date of order, photos of the damage, and any other relevant information. The item must be posted to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Any returns posted after this time will not be accepted. 

Returned items will undergo a quality review and when cleared, we will get in touch with you. Please ensure to try on your garment for size and fit in a clean indoor environment and that the clothing does not come into contact with any makeup, perfume, food, etc. We will not accept any returned items that have been marked or damaged.

Missing Item

There can be situations where we may have sent your items in separate parcels, so please check your shipping confirmation email to see the number of parcels you are due to receive. Your delivery note for each parcel will let you know the number of items you can expect. If an item is missing, please contact us at info@threadsofindia@gmail.com with the order number, order date, and details of the missing item and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Delivery and Shipping

Kindly please allow us 3 business days for your order to be shipped or up to 5 business days during peak periods (new releases, sales, public holidays, Christmas, etc.).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a unique tracking number, the number of parcels you can expect, and any other details.

 

Order Status

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a unique tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status at any time. Customers who are registered with us can also find all relevant information with regard to their order in the My Account area.

Order Issues

What happened to my order?

If you have not received your order but have a shipping confirmation email. Please email us at info@threadsofindia@gmail.com with the order number, date of order, and all relevant details and we will follow this up for you right away. 

Made a mistake by placing an order regarding address/details at the checkout, what should I do?

Email us at info@threadsofindia@gmail.com ASAP. If your order has already been dispatched then, unfortunately, we can only wait for the order to make its way back to us. You can also follow the order using the tracking number. Once it reaches us, we will post it back out to you at the correct address for AUD 10.00 to cover the cost of shipping.

Payment Issues

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and AfterPay.

All credit card and debit card payments on Threads of India are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways. To ensure all credit card purchases are as secure as possible, all information is sent in encrypted form using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), and the information is passed through a secure connection and your card details cannot be read by external parties. Please note, we don’t keep any credit card details anywhere on our system and that is why you will be prompted to enter your CVV number every single time you choose to shop with us.

International Shipping

We ship internationally for a flat rate of 20 AUD.

Please note that international orders sometimes incur a duty or customs charge, which will have to be borne by the customer. Threads of India, unfortunately, has no control over these charges and therefore will not be able to advise this at the time of purchase. We suggest contacting your local customs office for current charges before you place the order.

Our promo codes/discounts give you access to our exclusive offers and sales. In order to avail of them, Please don’t forget to sign up for our mailing list. And remember we do not have sales that very often!

Do we offer E-gift card

Hell! Yes we do offer E-gift card Simply add to cart and share their email id, name and any message you have in the instruction box before checkout and away you go! If you prefer to send the E-Gift card yourself, you are welcome to share your email id instead!

E-gift cards are valid for 1 year and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

All returned items that were paid for with an e-gift card will be refunded as a store credit for you to use against a future purchase.
